Take a trip to Canterbury in Kent this April and you’ll get a rare opportunity to explore this beautiful cathedral city with a twist of humour.
One of its most popular attractions, The Canterbury Tales, is launching its first-ever series of Comedy Tours, which will run every Friday and Saturday evening throughout the month starting at 7pm.
Join Nicholas the necromancer and his clumsy assistant Nigel on a jolly jaunt through the historic streets, meeting the colourful characters of Canterbury’s past that have contributed to the city’s heritage. Chat with Chaucer, mingle with Marlowe and enjoy a little banter with Becket!
The tour, which lasts about 75 minutes, begins at The Canterbury Tales visitor attraction and is suitable for audiences aged three and over and wheelchair users. Tickets are £8 for adults and £6 for children and concessions. Book online and save 10%.
