The Canterbury Tales is open daily during school holidays, excluding Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Boxing Day.

The Canterbury Tales offers joint tickets with the historic Westgate Towers

Towers and Tales Joint Ticket

We have partnered with the Westgate Towers to offer the perfect addition to any Canterbury itinerary.  Start your day with the Canterbury Tales tour, a medieval pilgrimage from London to Canterbury and hear five of Geoffrey Chaucer’s most famous tales. Go on to explore the Westgate Towers museum and viewing point, with a breath taking view of Canterbury from the top.

Westgate Towers is open daily between 11am and 4pm and allows you to explore the history of the last remaining medieval gate of Canterbury. The Tower is a scheduled ancient monument and grade 1 listed, due to the historic nature of the building it is therefore unfortunately inaccessible via wheelchair.
