We welcome visits from schools and groups and offer the following benefits to pre-booked groups of 15 or more people: Priority admissions – no need to queue Free admission for the group organiser and coach driver Free familiarisation visit for the group leader For school groups one adult is admitted free with every 10 children The Canterbury Tales would also be happy to give advice and assistance in co-ordinating your visit to other attractions around the city. Our group bookings office is open Monday – Friday, 10.00am – 4.00pm.

Payment Options

The Canterbury Tales accepts cash and cheques (in sterling), Switch, Mastercard and Visa.
For regular customers, payment can be made direct via BACS if arrangements are made in
advance. Cheques should be made payable to Heritage Projects (Canterbury) Limited.
Credit and voucher facilities are only accepted when a written agreements is established
in advance of your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellations must be given 24 hours in advance, otherwise we reserve the right
to impose an administration fee of 25% of the total amount of your reserved booking.
